Folks i have not lost it or lost my grasp on Reality but we are going to speak of Angels.
Here is how this came about and it has really rocked me. Here is part of her note to me.
“Doug you will make a great angel when you go, and in my humble opinion, have been one here all along.”
This note came from a respected friend and teacher that has consistently impacted and shook up my journey of introspection. Years ago we were walking up the side of a mountain and she asked if she could walk with me. We walked in silence for a bit and then she said, “you know how your birth name was supposedly Douglas?” I answered yes and she responded she thought it was actually doug-less. She then quietly proceeded up the mountain without saying anything else. It seemed to take me years to appreciate the impactful gift she had shared and to this day is a reminder to be free of belief.
Back to “Angels.” Me, this image i hold of myself, an angel, i think not and i could definitely provide extensive proof from experience but then “my experience is from my perception!”
An Angel is a supernatural, being serving as a formless, unattached messenger between Unconditional and Unlimited Love and humanity. Angels are seen as agents of Love who represent, perceive and are only Love to Love Itself.
Whoa! Why on earth did she say that about the one i believe i was and am?
Could it be that my perception of myself, the Doug of body, form, personality and story, all along was false, and that there was much more that had been missed or misrepresented because of the belief system i had accepted was me?
Could it be that we are all unrecognized Angels from our own perception, here, appearing and believing in i-dentities in body and form while our real agency was as Love to Love Itself?
Given and allowed serious consideration, has there not always been an inner nudging of something Beyond ourselves that we have possibly tried to manifest in body and form when IT was always accessible and available Beyond our self i-dentity of belief and perception?
Angels in waiting … but no longer!
