How long is an instant because it takes one, measly instant to become totally and completely unglued from belief, ideas and concepts, unglued from being i-dentified as anything, i, me, self, being, mind, body, person, form, story, label, and unattached to appearances and images of issues, challenges, responsibilities, situations and circumstances?
This is not to suggest denying what appears as i, me, you, others, the world and experiences but to RECOGNIZE the difference between what appears, changes, is temporary and always disappears, and WHAT IS THE INFINITELY ETERNAL, FORMLESS, UNCHANGEABLE AND INDESCRIBABLE PERMANENCE OF THE UN-i-DENTIFIABLE AWARENESS OF PRESENCE.
THE INFINITELY ETERNAL, FORMLESS, UNCHANGEABLE AND INDESCRIBABLE PERMANENCE OF THE UN-i-DENTIFIABLE AWARENESS OF PRESENCE NOTICES appearances and images BUT REMAINS UNFLAPPABLE, UNTOUCHED AND UNBLEMISHED BY WHATEVER APPEARS.
EVEN THE “appearance of an image and form labelled i, me, Doug, caught up in belief, analysis, judgement and wailed about in thought, body, form and emotion” IS NOTICED, SIMPLY AS UNREALITY, AS THE APPEARANCE AND DISAPPEARANCE OF NOTHINGNESS, AS THE AWARENESS OF PRESENCE REMAINS ITSELF. 💕
