Consider your behaviors and personality. The things that make you happy, sad, feel good or bad.
Think about your firm beliefs, likes and dislikes.
Think about positive and negative memories …. the regrets.
Think about your ambitions, expectations and dreams of the future.
Now … let all of the above i-dentifying you as a changing, busy, temporary body and person, go … let it all go including your name.
Be nameless.
Pause within this stillness, silence and peace.
Nothing i-dentified as anything, no you, i.
No past, story or drama.
Here, now, there is emptiness with an acute awareness of powerless thoughts attempting to join this space.
This space of stillness, silence and peace.
What can the mind suggest, make, project and do …. without “you i-dentified with anything?”
All thought has ever suggested, implied and projected is an image of you as mind, body, form, person, personality, with sensations, emotions, relationships, circumstances and situations … is gone without the idea of you being you.
All mental distraction, belief, boundaries, limitation, lack, need and desire along with their imagined effects are gone without the idea … i am this.
Be Here … Now … in This Moment of Clarity.
Allow the emptiness to simply be as emptiness is.
This emptiness is an availability, welcome and Awareness of the Essence of Beingness.
The Reality of What Is Eternal in Love.
Here is the Infinite, Formless, Unchanging, Reality of Life as Love.
The Permanence of Completion, Contentment, Fulfillment and Perfection.
Here the mind is a useful servant, assisting only in practicalities but it follows, only follows, in support and under the Direction of the Flow of Love.
Here, there is unmistakable, indescribable and unlimited Peace and Happiness in the Perfection of Love, unknown to thought, belief or concept.
This is the Natural … Flowing Essence of Life … without exception or limitation.
