Life can feel complicated.
Not always outwardly,
but inwardly.
Full of thoughts, interpretations,
roles, identities, responsibilities.
A constant sense of needing to understand,
manage, or figure things out.
But what if it’s not actually as complicated as it seems?
There’s something very simple that often goes unnoticed.
The sense of:
“i am.”
Before anything is added to it.
Before:
“i am this”
“i am that”
“i am feeling…”
“i am dealing with…”
Just… “i am.”
And then, almost immediately, something is added.
A label.
A role.
A condition.
A story.
“i am worried.”
“i am relieved.”
“i am not enough.”
“i am doing better.”
And from there, experience begins to shift.
Because now, life is being felt through what’s been added.
What if, just for a moment,
nothing needed to be added?
Not removing anything.
Not denying what’s happening.
But simply noticing the difference between:
“i am”…
and everything that follows it.
In that space…
there can be a kind of openness.
Less weight.
Less effort to define or hold onto anything.
And something else becomes noticeable.
Not as a concept or idea,
but as a quiet sense of something more.
Simple.
Uncomplicated.
From here, life doesn’t need to be figured out in the same way.
There’s less need to hold onto i-dentity,
less need to resolve everything immediately.
And within that…
there can be a sense of ease.
A kind of natural clarity.
Something that could be called Love and Peace,
not as something created,
but as something already here in this present moment of awareness.💕
