When we are confined and restricted by “belief that we are the i-dentities, bodies, forms, personalities, imperfections, lack, limitations, vulnerabilities, and memories of the past,” we “believe fear is real and justified.” We “fear losing what we believe we have, what we believe we don’t want, change, what is new, unexpected, and different.” We “believe we have known love and might lose it and we believe from experience that love is temporary so fear becomes our permanent state of being.”
Until we stop and acknowledge the impetus that “fear is in our existence and how being ruled by the belief in fear” isn’t really living, the cycle will continue. We might as well walk around wearing a sign, “i am scared,” but the “belief in i” does the dirty deed for us.
Within this cycle of “fear based existence” the Unknown, Indescribable and Unchangeable Reality of Love will always seem radical, impractical, improbable, unreachable and impossible. Yet Beyond “belief in i” Unlimited and Unconditional Love has always been available.
Let’s use a practical example. We have a memory of our mother who passed away at age 62 of Alzheimer’s and after a few long years of deteriorating health. We also remember that our grandmother on our mother’s side also died of the disease.
You know where this is going. Our constant companion whether during good times or bad is “fear,”… i am vulnerable, it is hereditary, the clock is ticking, why me, how much time do i have, i forgot my keys oh my god it is here, and the constant fearful question is not if but when?”
“Fear” will appear very real and impactful for the one believing in the “i-dentity, person, body, form, memory and experience i believe i am.”
Let’s now consider that in any moment “fear” is NOTICED, in whatever way it has appeared, and WE STOP TO RECOGNIZE THAT “fear requires something to attach to in order to have any perceived power. In every case fear requires “belief in i, this image, body, form, and person belief says is me.”
NOTICING and RECOGNIZING the cause of the unrest, stress, lack of peace and Love IMMEDIATELY BRINGS THE AWARENESS BEYOND …
i-dentification with body, form, lack and limitation to THE UNLIMITED, UNCONDITIONAL, UNCHANGEABLE, INDESTRUCTIBLE PRESENCE OF LOVE THAT IS AVAILABLE IN ANY INSTANT OF ANY APPEARANCE OR EXPERIENCE OF fear.
BEING FREE OF “belief in i” INSTANTLY PROVIDES AN INSURMOUNTABLE TRUST IN LOVE THAT IS BEYOND “belief in i and any imagined nightmare!”
THIS LOVE IS THE REALITY OF EVERY MOMENT BEYOND “belief.” 💕
