The image of i, me, Doug, appearing as body and form, or whoever, is constantly bombarded with questions needing answers and big and small issues requiring decision-making.
From the moment our eyes open, the idea of mind kicks in with the what, whys, where, who, when and how of our perceived and projected existence. With this, our ESSENCE is obliterated in busyness and our limitations are obvious.
Most accept this illusion as a natural requirement and burden of being i, me. Most call this “their life.” We are swept up trying to keep up with the runaway train called i, me, image of self, and totally miss the PRESENCE OF UNLIMITEDNESS that is available.

First and this one is easy, recognize the insatiable busyness and weight of responsibility that the image of i, me, has and is.
Now step Back, Before and Beyond the luring thoughts of i, me life and into the AWARENESS that notices the insanity and unreality of being, as we believe our selves to be.
THIS AWARENESS REMAINS UNTOUCHED AND UNCHANGED by the images of insanity and unreality.
THIS AWARENESS IS A PRESENCE FREE OF THE LIMITATION, VULNERABILITY AND FEAR OF i, me i-dentification.
THIS AWARENESS OF PRESENCE HOVERS ABOVE, BEYOND, BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER ANY IMAGES THAT APPEAR, AND WITH THE RECOGNITION THAT THE REALITY OF OUR ETERNAL ESSENCE CANNOT BE A TEMPORARY, SEPARATE AND LIMITED IMAGE.
THIS REALITY OF ESSENCE IS THE INHERITANCE OF LASTING ABUNDANCE BEYOND APPEARANCES THAT COME AND GO.
ELEVATE OUT OF THE imagined, perceived and believed INTO THE AWARENESS OF PERMANENT REALITY.
ELEVATE OUT OF THE temporary image of i, me, AND INTO THE ETERNAL BACKGROUND OF ESSENCE.
HERE, NOW, IS THE UNLIMITEDNESS OF THE ONE, UNCHANGING PRESENCE THAT IS FOREVER. 💕
